Some books teach you practical-matters of the faith, and this is such a book, it is simple yet covers all the essential details. In my humble, opinion this book should is the second book in the English language that should be read on the topic of Salah (Prayer). The first one being, 'A Guide to Prayer In Islam' by M.A.K. Saqib. A very beneficial feature of 'Prayer According to the Sunnah' is that it contains the Arabic text, English-transliteration and English-translation of all the necessary adhkar (liturgical verses) to be recited during the Salah.
I would recommend this book to any English-speaking Muslim who is serious about his way-of-life i.e. Islam.

Salah/Prayer is a Pillar of Islam, and performing it regularly is a mandatory requirement for all Muslims. That is why learning it correctly is important for performing it according to the Will of the Lord of the Worlds.
This book contains almost all the required details about Salah, quoted from the actual words of the Quran (the word of God) and authentic Ahadith (the sayings and practice/Sunnah of His Last Prophet [peace be upon him]). Quran and Ahadith are the two foremost, complete and comprehensive sources of knowledge in Islam, as these were left as guidance to mankind by God Himself. This book is not bogged down with scholarly discussions, their opinions, differences and argumentation, but it is strictly kept to the actual quotations of the Quran and Hadith (except minor explanation where required, but even that is kept to a minimum, and only the quotes from Quran and Hadith are considered enough, which is fantastic as it keeps everything simple for us). Both Arabic and English translation and full reference to source is provided with every quotation, i.e., to the location of Quranic verse, or that of the source book of Hadith collection (these references can further be checked at quran.com and sunnah.com respectively).
