Note that no return or refund will be processed on edibles, digital gadgets (once opened), perfumes and books purchased on Sale/Clearance Stock. We also entertain refunds of defective, damaged, or incorrect/incomplete products. In this case, please contact us within 15 business days after delivery. We will promptly replace or refund the product.
